Riko Appliance Repair is based right in Keswick, at the foot of Cook's Bay on Lake Simcoe. Every visit starts with a flat $89 diagnostic. Your technician inspects the appliance, pinpoints the real cause and gives you one clear, all-in price before any work begins — a written estimate you approve first, the way Consumer Protection Ontario recommends. Approve the repair and the $89 is waived completely — you pay only for the fix, minus your $40-off offer. Most repairs land between $150 and $350 depending on the appliance and the parts involved. Diagnostic fee

The flat $89 a technician charges to inspect your appliance and pinpoint the fault. At Riko it's fully waived once you approve the repair, so the visit effectively costs nothing when we do the work.

Condenser coils

The coils at the back or underneath a fridge that shed heat as it runs. When they clog with dust and pet hair the fridge struggles to cool — cleaning or servicing them is one of the most common, affordable fixes.

Workmanship warranty

Our written promise that the labour on your repair is guaranteed. If something we fixed isn't right, we come back and make it right at no extra charge.
